Responsibilities

• Has Enterprise Storage Systems and Storage Area Network [SAN] Architecture and Engineering experience. {e.g.{NetApp, EMC, IBM} Direct Attached, Network Attached, Storage Area Network, Software Defined, Cloud, etc.) To include knowledge with Fiber Channel Protocol, Internet Small Computer System Interface, Fiber Channel over Ethernet, Fiber Connection
• Provides technical support in storage system architect, design, integration and system engineering process
• Advanced Ability to manage customer Enterprise Storage Systems operations and projects with no supervision and coordinate the activities of other team members
• Can lead teams in developing storage technical plans

Qualifications

• Provides technical support in system architecture, system design, system integration and technical management
• Assists in providing technical input to the systems engineering process
• Leads teams in developing application and technical plans
• Guide customers in the installation and use of strategic products through education and guidance, first-use and tuning assistance problem solving and critical situation resolution
• Higher consideration for experience and certification in the following Storage solutions:
  • NetApp AFF-A700
  • VMAX 200k
  • CISCO MDS9700s

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related scientific /Technical discipline and 10 years of work experience
• Ten (10) Years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (20 Years Total)

Clearance: 

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation 

Location:

• Philadelphia, PA.
• Sunday - Thursday (1:00 PM-9:30 PM CST Time)
• Potential for telework 2 days/week after 90 days onsite
