Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This position is designed to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for individuals interested in pursuing a career in management and running a professional automotive tire center. As a Manager in Training, you will learn the POS system, operations of the store, and sales responsibilities.

Duties:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the business under the guidance of experienced managers

- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process by conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates

- Gain knowledge and experience in managing payroll.

- Develop leadership skills by overseeing a team of employees and providing guidance and support as needed

- Assist with training programs to ensure new hires are equipped with the necessary skills for success

- Gain insight into sales management techniques and contribute to achieving sales targets

Experience:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is required

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members

- Demonstrated leadership abilities or potential

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
