Position Summary:

The Operations Supply Chain Manager, Retail will provide direct supervision of the Supply Chain functions such as inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehouse/storage and delivery/transportation activities at the facility. This role requires experience in supply chain, logistics, strong leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while maintaining focus on safety and compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Previous experience as an operations retail supply chain manager or a similar field.
• Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Leads the supply chain in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Direct management of warehouse operations, transportation, labor planning, budgeting, facilities, and customer service.
• Lead the processes, procedures, and needs of the business to develop strategy, business metrics, and goals to successfully guide execution in regard to inventory management.
• Works with stores and warehouse to determine and set up intercompany transfers continuously looking for efficiencies and improved efficacy. .
• Oversee the activities of the warehouse personnel, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of day to-day operations.
• Collaborates with procurement department to best practice for freight in and freight consolidation.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing defined standards.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management OR an equivalent amount of education, training and work experience.
• Proven leadership in key areas such as: supply chain/logistics, transportation, analytics solutions,
• Strong problem solving and change driving capabilities.
• Strong skillset and experience working with a variety of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and drive deliverables from individuals at all levels within company.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Google Office Suites.
• Frequently required to lift up to 50 lbs., work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
• Continuously standing, frequently required to sit, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the warehouse.

Salary range $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience
