Then show us your game face – because we’re looking for a Program Manager (m/f/x) to join the team!Your playing fieldYou are leading the strategic planning process at business unit and department level from bi-annual planning to monthly reporting.Define the scope, goals, deliverables, cost, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and milestones together with the Senior Management Team.You prepare, moderate and keep minutes of monthly Strategy Board and Management meetings.From conception and planning through to execution and results: you take end-to-end responsibility for projects, manage risks, issues and change control, ensuring regular communication to the project team.Manage project team members and be the central interface to all stakeholders and involved departments.Make recommendations on solutions in order to resolve issues.Continuously develop the PMO department’s processes, tools and best practice.QualificationsWhich skills should you bring to the pitchQualification. You are holding a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree.Experience. You bring relevant experience from a similar role, or as a management consultant .Language skills. English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential.
