You want to be responsible for planning and distributing content across multiple online channels for the leading sports betting provider in Germany? Within this role, you will be in charge of aligning Tipico's social media channels, blog, and all Tipico owned channels. You will be the main driver for company-wide initiatives, defining content strategies, and working closely with agencies in order to ensure best possible outreach and create public interest. Job Description

Your playing field: 

• Define, align and execute content in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders across all platforms
• Maintain and uphold brand values through effective agency management
• Understand and manage the sports schedule to define daily content strategies and priorities which will drive engagement by maximising our communication assets
• Produce creative content which is optimised and according to Tipico’s brand tonality, by using effective promotional material
• Manage performance and report any concerns or useful information to relevant stakeholders
• Monitor and anticipate the sports-betting trends and our competitors and provide the business with regular updates
• Monitor social media trends and adapt them according to our brand
• Monitor and manage our online channels regarding trademark or brand violations 
• Drive and increase engagement on our channels

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Experience. You bring 3-5 years of experience in a similar role working in an online, gaming or fast-moving industry working closely with major entertainment brands. Holding experience in SEO, whilst also in writing and editing content. 
• Language skills. English is the official language in our office, therefore fluency in English language skills are essential. However, as the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills equally important and required for this role. 
• Analytical. You have a very analytical approach of using data and facts to achieve improvement and further development.
• Stakeholder Management. You are an excellent communicator with an ability to negotiate effectively. 
• Technical Skills. Knowledge of CMS tools such as Magnolia, and Wordpress. 
• Self-driven. You are an eager and motivated professional who can identify potential needs and gaps combined with being an advocate for collaboration to get better results. 
• Sports. You are passionate about sports in general, especially football. 
• Flexibility. You are flexible to work during weekends and evening whenever necessary according to sports events schedule.
