RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage, coordinate, and perform day to day activities required to ensure the completion of pharmaceutical commercial and developmental work and projects within agreed upon timelines.
•Obtain complete understanding of the scope from owner(s) of work/project.
•Manage and organize all available information into existing tools (ie SalesForce, Job Trackers, etc).
•Develop and track project requirements and timelines including setting targets for deliverables and milestones based full work/project scope.
•Work with team to assess existing resources and need for new resources (ie capex, etc)
•Define tasks and due dates required for each stage of work/project and assign (or perform) accordingly.
•Communicate and follow up on deliverables with key team members and stakeholders internally and externally through completion.
•Act as liaison between multiple departments within company, customers, consultants, and others as appropriate.
•Coordinate internal and external meetings.
•Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints from management, team members, and customers through completion.
•Perform continual risk assessments, both financial and technical (including working closely with Quality and Regulatory) and:
oReport risks to key team members
oProvide recommendations for mitigation
oTake actions to prevent future risks
•Develop and provide tools to help team members expedite and optimize work/projects (trackers, spreadsheets, data summaries, etc.).
•Work closely with R&D/Quality/Ops/Purchasing/Customers on requirements, timelines, and status at all stages of work/project to ensure goals are met.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, biology or related life sciences field.
•5 years’ experience in a manufacturing facility with working knowledge of operations workflow, quality checks and direct customer and vendor communication, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
•Ability to understand, interpret and effectively communicate complex technical information to multiple levels inside and outside the organization.
•Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
•Excellent attention to detail.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving and decision-making skills
•Adept in handling multiple tasks concurrently
•Proficient Computer Skills (ie, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce, Manufacturing/Job Processing Software (ie MasterControl, SAP, etc))
