Tiny Chefs is looking for a Trainer, Staffing Coordinator, and Party/Private Event Coordinator/Administrative Assistant.

This person will be responsible for training all new, and current instructors working in the classrooms and private events. They will need to be willing to travel all throughout MD, VA & DC, as needed. This person will also need to be available on weekends.

In addition to training, this person would also work remotely on some administrative tasks. Administrative tasks to include (but not be limited to):

• Party Coordinating (plan all parties with customers & staff parties with instructors)
• Staff Coordinating (assist the staffing manager on all staffing needs for all classes running)
• Manage Tiny Chefs email account

The perfect candidate will:

• Have experience managing others
• Have experience working with children
• Have experience teaching
• Have good communication skills
• Have a flexible and open schedule M-F, available on weekends as well
• Be willing to travel all throughout MD, VA & DC

Hours will range from 20-40hrs per week (depending on training needs).

Must pass a state (MD) & Federal background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
