Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or serving
- Proficiency with POS systems, specifically Toast Tablets
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures
- Experience in banquet service, catering, and food handling
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash register operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Sales experience and ability to upsell menu items
- Background in the food industry, including restaurant or retail experience
- Any relevant certifications in food safety or hospitality industry would be a plus
