Timeless Care Homes is a new Residential Assisted Living home in Fort Worth and we are looking for a few key members to join the team! We will accommodate up to 10 residents in this beautiful mid century 3500 sqft home and are building a positive and caring culture. The caregivers as well as one manager will set the tone for the home as we move in resident and work through our licensing process. Certifications are not required, however caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Caregiving experience with: - ADLs; general mobility, grooming, personal hygiene, toileting, bathing
• Some cooking
• Some housekeeping - Monitoring residents
• Medication Management experience preferred; charting, dispensing meds
• Willing to learn company policies and protocols
• Most importantly the ability to communicate with seniors and do whatever is necessary to help them maintain a high quality of life.

Qualifications include:

• Strong professional communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task and be a self-motivator
• Working along side the owners as we build a strong foundation for this business including advertising assistance and planning.
• Strong work ethic and most of all, have a caring heart!

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• On call
• Overnight shift
