Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management

- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary

- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up

- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings

- Engage in conversation and provide companionship to promote emotional well-being

- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior

- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes

- Ability to pass a background check
