Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Set goals and objectives for the team and provide guidance and support to achieve them
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training as needed
- Assist in employee orientation, onboarding, and training processes
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process for new team members
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure timely completion
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or customer service setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and management
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with employee scheduling software or systems is a plus
