The basic function of this position is to provide exceptional customer service through sales, trouble shooting, and controlling the movement of inventory in, through, and out of the department. We are an energy industry parts and service provider with customers across the US and Canada.
Responsibilities include: receive customer inquiries and orders over phone and email, shipping/receiving, manage inventory, enter data into computer system, light mechanical assembly, maintain safe and clean warehouse.
Skills: Strong customer service experience is required. Previous shipping/receiving experience or warehouse experience is a plus. Knowledge of industrial engines or oilfield operations will be very helpful and forklift and pallet jack experience is preferred. Must be able to read and understand parts diagram and manuals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, and willingness to learn something new.
We offer flexibility with a potential of 4 day work week after fully trained. Base pay starts at $19.00/hour. Compensation package will also include profitability bonus and annual cost of living adjustments.
