To promote academic, social, and citizenship development throughleadership and classroom supervision.Idaho Teaching Certificate required or the ability to obtain one within three (3)years. Strong background in teaching methods, developmentally appropriateclassroom activities and effective classroom management. Demonstrateknowledge of subject matter and effective teaching methods. Ability to maintaina positive learning environment. Work well with students, staff and the public.Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
