D.H Smith and Sons has expanded our small equipment product lines and Service Department and with that comes the need for an experienced Parts Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with inventory management, product line pricing updates, and all aspects of ordering, receiving and stocking parts for the power equipment industry.
Key skills the candidate must have:

• Excellent customer facing skills .
• Able to manage stock orders, special orders & back orders. for the service department and retail customer.
• Able to perform all aspects of inventory control, cycle counting and year end inventory management.
• Able to efficiently produce parts/repair estimates based on Technician diagnostics.
• Able to perform Parts and Service Sales, advise the customer on what the item truly needs, all while building a trusting relationship with the customer.
• Able to communicate with the Service and Sales Departments to create an effective team atmosphere.
• Able to perform daily management of parts reporting and KPI's
• Drive profitability for the Parts Department.
• Past experience with IDEAL software is beneficial.

This is a full time position with a schedule of Monday - Saturday, 5 days per week with a 40 hours per week schedule and a pay rate based on experience.
