What's In It For You:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Outreach: Engage with a high volume of potential customers through outbound sales activities, showcasing the Timberlane difference.

  • End-to-End Sales Mastery: Manage the sales process from initial engagement to successful closure, leveraging our proven selling system.

  • Forecasting and Follow-Up: Keep a tight grip on sales forecasts and implement effective follow-up strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years outbound tele-sales experience
  • Construction, Carpentry and/or Building Products knowledge required
  • Must be coachable, open to new ideas and feedback
  • Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office products required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
