Clinical Counselor needed at Timber Ridge School, 20 miles northwest of Winchester, Va. Our employees transform the lives of emotionally and behaviorally challenged adolescent boys between the ages of 10-21, with a goal of reuniting them successfully with their families and community.

Responsibilities include providing individual and group counseling; consultation with residential staff; and developing the individualized service plan, quarterly evaluation and discharge plans. The clinical counselor provides guidance to the assigned team with regard to appropriate intervention techniques and management plans. The successful candidate will provide testing and assessment services to students.

Minimum qualifications: The preferred candidate will have a Master’s degree in counseling or related field. Must have or be eligible for one of the following Virginia professional licenses: LPC, LCSW, MFT, or LCP. Experience working with students and families in a counseling setting required.
