Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions at our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Duties:
- Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Oversee budgeting and financial tasks related to office management
- Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory
- Handle phone systems, emails, and correspondence
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Ensure smooth front desk operations
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of schedule management and calendar coordination

- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations
- Familiarity with training development and team management
- Previous experience in medical office management is a plus
- Proficiency in budgeting and vendor management
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team effectively
