Tim Tebow Foundation is Hiring a Retention Specialist Near Jacksonville, FL

Purpose: 
As a Retention Specialist at TTF, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening relationships with our valued recurring communities. Your focus will be on our recurring giving family, making sure they feel appreciated, valued, and connected to our mission. Through strategic digital and non-digital touch points, you will create personalized experiences that enhance giving family satisfaction, increase loyalty, and ultimately drive retention. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Help develop and implement comprehensive recurring giving family retention strategies to enhance the giving family experience and maximize retention/churn rates. 
  • Help create personalized communication plans tailored to each segment, utilizing various channels such as email, social media, direct mail, and phone calls. 
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all giving family touchpoints. 
  • Conduct regular feedback surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the recurring community journey. 
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify opportunities for engagement and cultivation events. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recurring giving family inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring timely and personalized responses. 
  • Implement strategies to recognize and acknowledge giving family members for their contributions, including personalized thank-you notes, recognition events, and giving family appreciation campaigns. 
  • Monitor recurring giving family patterns and behavior to identify at-risk members and develop targeted strategies for re-engagement. 
  • Utilize software to maintain accurate records, track interactions, and report on key metrics related to retention and churn rates. 
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in recurring giving family relations and retention, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our approach. 
  • Manage and monitor shared email inboxes, ensuring prompt response and appropriate routing of incoming communications. 
  • Prioritize and escalate urgent matters to the relevant team members for timely resolution. 
  • Maintain organized email archives for easy reference and retrieval of information. 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in recurring donor community relations, fundraising, or customer relationship management within the nonprofit sector. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with giving family members from diverse backgrounds. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively. 
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making. 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative strategies to engage and retain giving family members. 
  • Familiarity with giving family management software and digital marketing tools preferred. 
  • Commitment to the mission and values of our organization, with a genuine passion for making a difference in the community. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Previous experience in nonprofit fundraising or donor relations is a plus.
