Job Brief: We are looking fora highly organized, detail-oriented, empathetic individual passionate about using their review skills to evaluate and edit ministry stories for marketing content. The ideal candidate is experienced in ethical storytelling and focused on honoring the dignity of vulnerable people while sharing the story of how God is working through the Tim Tebow Foundation. Relationally gifted, they will ensure ministry partners and families are impacted positively by the stories we tell, and team members are aligned and bought into the appropriate processes and policies.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a system for tracking stories, updates, photos, and videos received from TTF ministries and ministry partners

Develop and maintain policies and processes for sharing ministry content internally and externally

Proactively share appropriate stories, updates, photos, and videos received from TTF ministry and ministry partners with the TTF marketing team to be used for social media, blogs, e-mails, text updates, etc.

Communicate directly with TTF marketing team to receive, assess, organize, and filter all incoming marketing requests, ensuring communication and alignment between departments

Gather and organize ministry assets needed for TTF marketing campaigns including photos, videos, stories, quotes, etc.

Assist in the initial review and approval of marketing content to be shared publicly, including captions, reels, videos, blogs, printed materials, etc.

Regularlymake recommendations forinternal updates, milestones, and celebrationsto be sharedabout the work that is being done through TTF ministry and ministry partners around the world

Research and remain current on ethical storytelling; gathering and creating ethical storytelling resources to be shared internally

Qualifications:

Extremely detail oriented and organized

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

1-3 years experience within a role that requires review and presentation

Proficient in MS office

High level of empathy and care for others

Team player

Discretion and confidentiality
