Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Supervise and train store employees, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Experience:
- Previous experience as a retail clerk or assistant manager preferred
- Strong math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers for favorable terms
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team of employees
