Assistant Manager
Duties:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
- Oversee retail sales activities and achieve sales targets
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing coaching to the team
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for business growth
