Our Supply Chain Globalization team supports the company's fast growing supply chain footprints, by managing datacenter assets and logistics, sourcing and procuring data center facility materials and equipment, delivering hardware and services to global CDN/Edge/PoP sites, and partnering with cloud providers. Our mission is to build resilient, integrated, innovative global Supply Chain solutions and enable our customers to grow and scale.
The Supply Chain Globalization team is seeking a senior Supply Chain Program Manager with experience in developing and leading CDN(Content Delivery Network)/Edge and Data Center related programs. In this role, you'll be part of a versatile team specialized in sourcing demand/supply planning, Data Center asset management, and data analysts, supporting one of the most fast-growing infrastructure in the world. We are looking for a mature leader who have the experience in technical program management, leading cross functional collaborations and initiatives, mapping process flows, and reporting business results. In this job, you will be able to discover opportunities and inspire creativity across various domains, working with best-in-class experts to develop Bytedance/Tiktok's Data Center footprint.

• Partner with the cross-functional groups to examine the current process and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop best practices, standards, and workflows for CDN and Infra Data Center supply chain programs
• Drive broad discussions and accelerate data-based decision making, in the areas of system automation (platform development) and new product introduction
• Facilitate and prioritize team efforts based on team OKRs and program KPIs. Tackle urgent problems, deliver short-term mitigations, and enable long-term strategies
• Consolidate and present the roadmap and progress to stakeholder groups

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, Business or a related field
• 7 years of experience with 5 years in Infra Data Center and Supply Chain related project management
• Worked with legal, finance, and tax functions.
• Worked with software product development and Hardware engineering team
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience leading large teams to complete projects and initiatives
• Ability to sort out ambiguous situations, suggest approaches, and drive alignment
• Ability to influence and motivate others

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• 10 years of experience in Data Center and Supply Chain related project management
• Experience in miscellaneous Supply Chain domains such as planning, sourcing, supplier management, procure to pay, quality, etc.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $87466 - $200000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
