We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for leading the creation, continuous improvement, and deployment of Material Management through best practices and tools. This Senior Material Manager reports to the Sr. Plant Manager and is an onsite role.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Dynamic Kanban (right-sizing)
• Inventory Management at Gemba
• Supplier Management
• Daily Management and Problem Solving
• Project Management support
• Coaching and leading a team of Buyers, Production Planner, and Warehouse staff

The required qualifications for the job include:

• Bachelors degree with 9 years of experience Or Masters degree with 7 years of experience.
• Strong abilities in Coaching, Team Building, and Leadership experience
• Agility working effectively with different levels or groups and functions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated planning knowledge and experience in low volume, high mix environment
• Experience utilizing and implementing lean concepts/tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and Kaizen
• Ability to analyze and leverage software tools, including Oracle/materials software, to create and drive efficiencies using proven analytical and mathematical skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Understanding of production flow principles and processes
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Problem-solving and solid business decision-making skills

The salary range for this role is $160,000 – $175,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
