About the Team & Role:The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. We work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
A Team Lead at TikTok doesn't just lead, they empower our people at the forefront of keeping the platform safe and successful to do their best work, day in, day out. We’re looking for a dedicated and supportive people manager who can drive metrics, teamwork, and excellence in a fast-paced multi-lingual and multi-cultural environment to join us.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure processes and workflows are properly applied.
- Drive business goals through monitoring team members' performance, setting performance plans, coaching and guiding direct reports.
- Closely collaborate with strategy, process & improvement, policy, and other key stakeholders to align processes and develop solutions to eliminate business gaps and complications as well as enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Learn and understand internal & external customers' requirements, key focuses, pain points and opportunities.
- Constant effort of improving processes and workflow and the way teams operate.
- Act as the main point of source for the team of TikTok's tools, products and processes.
- Provide management with insights that help drive the overall strategy of appeals team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- People management experience
- Deep understanding of service management and service delivery
Preferred Qualifications:- Customer oriented, with good listening skills.
- Strong ability to comprehend and balance business management and operational perspectives.
- Excellent ability to analyze and interpret business information and translate data into solutions.
