Our infrastructure team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyper-scale datacenters, managing the life cycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions, and developing various infrastructure services and making sure they are scalable and are reliable.

• Lead the 24/7/365 operation of TikTok's US datacenters.
• Hire and grow a team of datacenter operation engineers and technical program managers
• Implement standards and processes to optimize operation efficiencies in various datacenter operation scenarios including server delivery and break-fixes.
• Rapidly learn, adapt, and apply previous learnings to enable rapid and sustainable growth of TikTok's US datacenter footprint.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams and other functional teams on company wide datacenter development projects.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years experience managing datacenter operation teams
• Knowledge of the interdependencies of data center functions and technologies, including electrical systems, cooling and networking technologies
• Knowledge of Linux, server hardware repairs and network troubleshooting.
• Project management experience in deploying and operating datacenters

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience at a hyperscale or cloud company.
• Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging and crisis management.
