Team Introduction
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic support and advice to department heads and senior finance managers;
2. Carry out the Financial Planning process of the key functions: develop near-term and long-term budget plans, monitor budget implementation to ensure commitments are timely met, carry out variance analysis and update the budget/forecast periodically;
3. Responsible for optimizing the practices, policies, programs, and procedures;
4. Partner with business units and provide insightful and quality financial advice to support company’s business decision-making;
5. Support industry analysis and business intelligence research;
6. Constantly improve the finance and operation process and efficiency.
Qualifications
1. FP&A or equivalent work experience. Experience in internet, media or TMT industry is preferred;
2. Soft skills: great communication skill, strong logical reasoning, team-work spirit, self-motivated and critical thinking;
3. Hard skills: proficient in data analysis (especially ROI related analysis), financial modeling, and financial analysis; Advanced in excel, word, PPT, etc. SQL and Power BI are preferred;
4. Finance-related certificates such as CPA are preferred.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $110000 - $194000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
