Responsibilities

• Lead, cultivate and provide guidance to team members and design career development opportunities for them.
• Drive programs to mitigate risks and launch compliance strategies targeting problems related to product safety, product quality, regulatory requirements, and tiering of categories to ensure risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations related to products being sold.
• Drive key metric improvements to identify opportunities to enhance current processes and procedures.
• Identify mechanisms monitor platform products that violate our listing policies and proactively satisfy the platform's regulatory obligations for these products.
• Understand the business and identify potential areas of improvement from a technical perspective and propose changes to standard tools accordingly.
• Manage and update category risk assessment of local markets.
• Triage risk and benefits of opening of high-risk categories and designing compliance programs to ensure safety and monitor risks.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in consumer product safety, compliance or regulatory research fields
• Great research and investigation skills, able to discover the unknown
• At least 2 years of people management experience managing a size of 5 or more
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience acting as a program manager and collaborating with XFN teams to drive end results
• Demonstrated past success working in a matrix environment and ability to influence key stakeholders

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108088 - $196544 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
