Duties:
- Plan and execute a wide range of events such as conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, fundraisers, and social gatherings
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, catering arrangements, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodation
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure necessary services and equipment
- Oversee event marketing efforts to attract attendees and promote the event effectively
- Manage event registration processes and handle attendee inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process

Skills:
- Proven experience in events management, preferably in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and experience in coordinating fundraising events
- Familiarity with banquet operations and catering services
- Proficient in event marketing techniques and strategies
- Ability to negotiate contracts and work effectively with vendors and suppliers
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
