Wanted: a Front Desk Receptionist to start working at a privately owned, dental practice. Applicants need to display a pleasant demeanor, professionalism both with patients and co-workers, punctuality, and the ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, established practice.
Who we are: An established private office in McAllen with over 40 years of practice. Our goal is to place patient needs first and do so with a smile on our face while having fun as a group. The average team member has over 10 years with the practice.
Competitive pay is offered. Benefits are also offered after 1 year of full time with the practice. Experience with technology such as Cerec, iTero, Invisalign, CAD/CAM, Surgery, Implants is a plus. As a front desk specialist you will have the opportunity to join a stable practice that is experiencing a lot of growth and values your contribution.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate knowledge of dental terminology
Attend to the patients' needs and concerns
Answer phone calls and questions
Review Treatment Plans
Prepare patients for treatment by preparing consent forms
Build relationships with patients
Take pictures of patients for their profile
Verify Insurance for patients
Take payments and input into patient management software
Perform basic computer functions
Bilingual preferred but not required'
