This Clinical Nurse Consultant will function as a professional clinical advisor and leader within our Professional Services Team. This individual will be responsible for providing clinical expertise for our implementation, success, and product management teams. They will help in driving customer implementation and rollouts, as well as product adoption and education. They will have in-depth knowledge of clinical informatics related to consulting on best practice workflows with integrated clinical tools such as Patient Monitoring, Ventilators, and Nurse Call. Understands clinical communication workflows within the hospital and post-acute settings What You’ll Be Doing: Be the SME on clinical workflows related (but not limited to) Patient Monitoring, Ventilators, Nurse Call Systems, Communication through messaging and clinical system integrations Identify customer goals and gather pre and post implementation metrics to showcase success Provide and participate with the Implementation team on customer calls & meetings with direction regarding the necessary considerations and set up decisions in support of TigerConnect Workflows Attend and provide support for on-site client visits, go-lives, and remotely provide user-acceptance testing sessions Develop specific clinical training and educational materials for both customers and internal professional services and success teams Facilitate and lead trainings for go-live efforts working alongside project management Be the SME on latest trends and leading practices in nurse call, alarm management and care team communication Collaborate with product management teams on providing clinical insights and implementing customer feedback as it pertains to product improvement, strategy, and new feature development Gather market research and documentation on competitor products and assist with developing meaningful clinical differentiators Assist in the development of a clinical deployment methodology and best practices that utilizes clinical resources to design and validate workflows Support professional services, success team and customers in managing clinical outcomes and produce client deliverables (charts, educational material) What You Bring: Active & current Registered Nurse License (can provide evidence of current license annually) 5 years of experience in acute care hospital 2 years of working operational experience with clinical workflows (alarm management and care team collaboration/communication) Experience with clinical informatics including nurse call systems, medical devices & middleware, and relevant integrations Strong relationship building skills, with solid strategic and critical thinking skills Excellent formal presentation skills and strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Lucid Charts/Visio Ability to be proactive, adaptable & flexible, while mentoring/developing others Strong collaboration, verbal and written communication skills Variable travel up to 65% How We Pay: We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities We are targeting a base salary from $76,300 to $158,000 You will also be able to participate in our annual corporate bonus program Perks & Benefits We Offer: Remote-friendly with teams across the US and internationally, plus prime office space in one of the major tech ecosystems of California complete with a loaded fridge and tons of other perks Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for you and your family plus a 401k match Focus on mental and physical wellness through annual programs including reimbursements, company-wide wellness days, and volunteer opportunities Mission-driven team members who love what they do and go the extra mile to help clients, support the company's rapid growth, and ultimately optimize healthcare workflows to allow for better patient care LinkedIn Learning License for you to continue self-paced learning Flexible time off policy for salaried employees with no limit on the number of days off Our mission is to provide a healthcare communication solution that radically improves the way care is delivered.
