Tiger Paw is a fun and upbeat Sports Restaurant and Bar with billiards and games. Over 20 TVs, large alcohol and food menu, and plenty of bar, dining, and game area seating. Our goal is to find an energetic, upbeat individual with significant bartending and bar management experience to help streamline our bar and restaurant operations while also serving customers part time.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience through your knowledge of beverages and mixology. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices

- Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales

- Handle cash transactions accurately

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Basic math skills for accurately handling cash transactions

- Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for guests

- Knowledge of food service regulations and safety standards

- Familiarity with brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Experience in banquet or retail math is a plus

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
