Supervisor

Schedule: Monday-Friday --- 1pm - 10pm with an hour lunch break

Supervisor with custodial experience

Key Functions include:

Supervisor works w/crew members to complete tasks, checks up on work assignments, provides training to other associates, checks supply inventory and works closely with the site manager and client regarding day-to-day operations.

• Mandatory compliance with all safety requirements and procedures including use of personal protective equipment.
• Restroom cleaning and disinfecting of sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors including cleaning of fixtures and replenishment of supplies.
• Breakroom / kitchenette cleaning including sinks, countertops, tables and appliances and replenishment of supplies
• Routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of carpets and hard surface floors
• Dusting of furniture and window treatments, High dusting of vents and light fixtures
• Light trash removal including emptying of waste baskets and recycling bins.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• janitorial supervisory: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Spanish, Bilingual is a MUST (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Doral, FL 33178: Relocate before starting work (Required)
