Tier One Property Services is looking for Cleaners to join our team in the Marysville, and East Liberty, OH area

Schedule: Monday-Friday, weekends as needed- Day and Evening Shifts Available

POSITION SUMMARY

General Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas. While duties may vary, they typically include restrooms, Locker rooms, Cafes, Hallways, Entryways and office cleaning as well as general cleaning of common areas.

We also have 3rd shift floor care positions available!

Responsibilities:

• Mandatory compliance with all safety requirements and procedures including use of personal protective equipment
• Preventive maintenance check on all equipment prior to use
• Secure the work area and post proper safety notices for other users of the space prior to beginning work
• Restroom cleaning and disinfecting of sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors including cleaning of fixtures and replenishment of supplies
• Breakroom / kitchenette cleaning including sinks, countertops, tables and appliances and replenishment of supplies
• Routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of carpets and hard surface floors
• Dusting of furniture and window treatments
• High dusting of vents and light fixtures
• Light trash removal including emptying of waste baskets and recycling bins
• Other duties as assigned by supervision

• Ability to work independently or in small groups with minimum assistance or supervision
• Willingness to follow established safety procedures
• Attention to detail and passion for quality workmanship
• Willingness to provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Punctual and dependable attendance and willing to work extra hours as needed
• Ability to understand and follow directions from supervision
• LIFTING REQUIREMENTS: Medium

Lifting of 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
