Seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Manager proficient in the installation and design of Access Control, CCTV, IP/network cameras, Intrusion Detection, License Plate Recognition (LPR), and Intercom Systems. Must demonstrate a track record of managing installation, programming, maintenance, and replacement of various system types and models.

Job Title: Security Systems Project Manager (Commercial)

Project Types: Commercial, Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Mixed-Use, Retail, Parking Lots, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and design Access Control, CCTV, IP/network cameras, Intrusion Detection, LPR, and Intercom Systems.
• Manage installation, programming, maintenance, and replacement of various system types and models.
• Develop positive long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery.
• Supervise and direct assigned technicians, ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines.
• Oversee project scopes, budgets, and schedules, coordinating resource assignments and material requisitions.
• Plan and schedule projects, including resource allocation and equipment deliveries.
• Analyze and document cost, budget, and forecasting activities.
• Support the Service department in addressing issues arising from deployed systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of field experience in low voltage systems.
• Proficiency in Intrusion Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Computer skills, and Software installations.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge or certifications in Genetec, Milestone, Software House, Lenel, IP camera experience, SQL Database, Windows software, and IP network configuration are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical/electronics aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work on ladder heights of up to 18’.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
