Tiello is Hiring a Project Manager (Mission Critical/Data Center) Near Boardman, OR

Tiello has partnered with a Top ENR Mission Critical/Data Center General Contractor in Oregon on their search for a Project Manager to help them oversee their growing portfolio of Mission Critical/Data Center Projects here in Eastern, Oregon.

The Project Manager will be the company representative and serve as the company's point of contact with the client and the construction team when required. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the General Contractor's behalf about such items as cost and schedule.

The Project Manager will be ON-SITE on our projects here in the Boardman/East Oregon region.

Project Types: Data Center, Mission Critical, and Light Industrial

Job Title: Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct Engineers through all essential job responsibilities.
  • Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases
  • Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery
  • Oversee & Manage the project schedules and budgets
  • Oversee, Develop and Maintain a good relationship with the Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors
  • Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable
  • Manage project deliverables
  • Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4 years of Industrial Tilt-Up, Mission Critical, Data Center Construction experience
  • Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.
  • Strong work ethic, team player with strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical, and sound judgment skills
  • BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar preferred.
