Tiello is Hiring an Electrical Superintendent ⭐ Near Cape Coral, FL

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Electrical Contractor in Southwest, FL on their search for a Superintendent to work on large Electrical Projects. The projects are mostly located in Southwest Florida, while some are in other parts of Florida. Candidates that are willing to travel outside of Southwest Florida can earn a higher salary and have travel/housing expenses paid. We are in need of both traveling and non-traveling Superintendents.

As an Electrical Superintendent you will need to be on-site overseeing ALL aspects of the electrical installation. You will be need to ensure that the work adheres to blueprints,contract conditions, company safety policies, and OSHA requirements.

Title: Electrical Superintendent (5-7 years)

Project Types: Commercial, Multi-Family, High-Rise, Hospitlity, Medical, Government/Institutional markets in Southwest Florida.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to final inspection and warranty
  • Prepare material requisitions
  • Attend job site meetings
  • Prepare manpower schedules
  • Allocate resources (tools and equipment) for assigned projects
  • Supervise on-site personnel, peace-workers, and subcontractors
  • Interface with project managers, inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and client
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

KEY QUALIFICAATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a superintendent on large commercial or multi-family projects
  • Familiarity with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Autocad (a plus but not required)
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
