Tidewater Roofing has an immediate opening for a highly qualified commercial superintendent with eight years hands-on experience in roof installation and repair or related field and at least four years in a management capacity. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AND SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE FOR HIGHLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES
Description of Duties:

• Kickstarting roofing projects correctly by verifying all necessary information and specifications are provided in the Work Orders.
• Setting attainable goals that meet the departments performance requirements.
• Coordinating all labor, materials, and equipment.
• Visiting the job site regularly to ensure all Work Order details are followed, safety is top-of-mind, and that the customer is happy and in-the-loop.
• Respond to delays, unexpected circumstances, and changes quickly and accurately.
• Closing out the job to ensure customer satisfaction, collecting payments, job costing, and proper documentation and communication of any and all work.

Job Skills/Requirements

• Eight years hands-on experience in the light commercial and residential remodeling construction industry or related field with at least four years in a management capacity.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with: Shingles, Metal, EPDM, PVC, TPO, & BUR.
• High School Diploma with some advanced training in construction management, business management, or related field.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills required
• CRM/Project Management software experience a plus
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• General good health and conditioning.
• Must have sufficient stamina to endure long hours at various tasks and be able to handle high stress situations.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk.
• Ability to climb ladders to inspect gutters and roofs as necessary.
• Excellent sense of balance and depth perception.
• Ability to lift weight up to 50 pounds as required.
• No unreasonable fear of heights displayed.
• Ability to verbally communicate with normal/correctable senses of vision and hearing.

Benefits and What to Expect from Us

• Job Type: Full-time.
• Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 annually.
• Opportunity to earn more through Performance Bonus.
