TPMG Behavioral Health are looking for a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a demonstrated commitment to behavioral health care who seeks professional growth opportunities to join our team.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with skills in applying and modifying the principle, methods, and therapeutic techniques as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The right candidate will provide excellent patient-centered care, be attention and detail-orientated, be able to determine, plan, initiate appropriate treatment, and identify when to adjust treatment if necessary. This position will require collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care clinicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients, as well as emergency situations. Therefore, effective clear communication, and the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with leadership and management teams as well as patients, clinical staff, and the public are essential.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of an approved Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum of three years of professional nursing experience in an impatient or clinic setting.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as psychiatric nurse practitioner in an outpatient, inpatient, or addiction setting.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Current state RN license.
