Job Purpose:
Answer incoming calls while performing general office work to assist Executives with administrative, clerical and some bookkeeping duties.
Essential job Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Receptionist Function:
Responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or sales staff.

Qualifications:
Able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
Must maintain a courteous and friendly manner in order to present a professional image to visitors at all times.
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
Must be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
