Key Role: Write and edit technical documentation, user manuals, and sales and training literature. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Communicate with internal, external, technical, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the quality and accuracy of the assigned project. Translate technical verbiage in documents to verbiage that can be understood by non-technical professionals. Basic Qualifications: * 5 years of experience developing, editing, and producing technical and graphical documentation * Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to work on a technical engineering team and translate documents and literature into non-technical terms for business audiences * HS diploma or GED Additional Qualifications: * Ability to communicate with technical, non-technical, internal, and external stakeholders at all levels in verbal and written formats * Experience with federal contracting is nice to have Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
