Housekeeper/House Managing skills

Duties:

• - Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restock supplies
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Light laundry

• - Manage deliveries
• -Manage sub contractors
• -Light Office Duties
• -Run Occasional errands

Qualifications:

• - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills

• - Organizational skills
• -IOS knowledge preferred
• Animal friendly
