Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Partner with the DON and ADON to assess, oversee, and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor compliance with job descriptions among nursing personnel.
• Participate in facility surveys conducted by regulatory bodies.
• Conduct regular rounds within the Nursing Services Department to maintain adherence to nursing standards.

RN Supervisor Requirements:

• Valid RN License in the State of New York
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with managerial background preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial aptitude
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
