Field Nurse Supervisor – RNHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Field Nurse Supervisor – RN to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in the Bronx, NY Daily Responsibilities for Field Nurse Supervisor – RN:
- Delegate responsibility appropriately and supervise assigned personnel in collaboration with the Care Delivery Manager (CDM) in a manner that will assure quality care and compliance with the care plan.
- Assess and evaluate the health care needs of participants with consideration regarding physical, mental, and environmental factors
- Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm OR 9am – 6pm
- Completion of nursing degree
- Active NY Registered Nurse License
- 5 years of experience in healthcare setting and 1 year of experience as a community health nurse in a CHHA, Long Term Home Health Care Program, and/or Licensed Agency
- BSN
- Experience in a PACE Program or MLTC preferred.
- Managed long-term care insurance experience beneficial.
- Vehicle and current New York State driver’s license preferred. Reliable Transportation is required
