Job Title: Loan Officer (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally interact with new and existing customers via phone, email and text providing the highest level of customer service at all times.
  • Follow strict loan application review guidelines ensuring applications are complete and accurate.
  • Contact existing customers who are 1-30 days past due and use successful negotiation tactics to bring their accounts current.
  • Meet or exceed loan funding, collections and call performance targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Qualifications

  •  Minimum two years of recent call center experience or retail customers service required (any field of financial services preferred). 
  • Loan application review experience a plus.
  • Ability to achieve required metrics and goals consistently.
  • A team player that thrives in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
