Responsibilities:
- Utilize recruitment tools for sourcing and tracking candidates
- Build and establish relationships with potential candidates and the community
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate interviews and assessments for candidates
- Host and attend hiring and network events
- Ensure compliance with law and state rules and regulations
- 2 years staffing experience required
- Proven experience in recruiting and staffing coordination
- Familiarity with HR systems/CRM
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with SMARTCARE software is a plus.
