Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized acquistion specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for cold calling buyers, sellers, and agents to buy and sell property. You must be comfortable talking on the phone for hours at a time.

Requirements:

- Arizona Real Estate License

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and market trends is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Customer service-oriented mindset

- Previous experience in real estate administrative or sales roles is beneficial

- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.

Pay: $51,897.00 - $61,574.00 per year
