4 Paws Pet Hospital is now hiring a Customer Service Representative / Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!

Schedule : Full-time 4 day, 10 hour shift with rotating Saturdays.

Job Overview :

• Welcoming clients
• Scheduling appointments
• Entering clients / patients into practice software program
• Use positive customer service skills for client and staff communication
• Maintaining, developing, and editing client records, profiles, invoices

Our ideal candidate :

• Minimum 1 year experience as a veterinary receptionist required
• High School diploma / G.E.D.
• Strong communication skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Veterinary medicine knowledge
• Team player

We provide a variety of veterinary surgical services from routine spay and neuter to more complicated soft tissue surgery.

We have state of the art equipment including ultrasound and x-ray to non-invasively have a look inside, so we can accurately diagnose issues with limited disruption.

We also provide a full range of dental services.
