Thrive LA is currently hiring motivated individuals for our Entry-Level Account Manager position. Learning the basics of our sales model is an important key to the expansion of our company and to diversifying our client portfolio for future ventures. We promote only from within our own company and reward employees with unlimited potential for advancement. This ensures that only individuals with hands-on experience in a variety of roles within our firm are managing client accounts and spearheading organizational expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee new business account acquisition and retention on behalf of our client
• Pitch and collaborate with business owners/decision-makers
• Drive sales cycle with 1-1 presentations to close
• Territory management
• Achieve standard KPIs outlined in the role
• Account tracking and reporting
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction

Requirements for Account Manager:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
• Entry-level experience in customer-facing role
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Good communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
