As a Client Services Specialist at Thrive you will work directly with insurance/investment companies, our back-office team, clients, and financial planners to impact the lives of the families we work with. Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, execute, & track Onboarding Paperwork and service-related items
  • Assist clients with non-advisory service needs via inbound calls and advisor requests
  • Input and maintain CRM system with financial accounts, current client information and status updates regarding pending business and service requests
  • Assist with business operations including technology, data integrity, and licensing/contracting
  • Navigate carrier and custodian websites for account/policy information, pending business status, status of transfers, etc.
  • Make outbound calls to get updates on pending items
  • Communicate with the advisory staff, team members, and clients to gather any missing information, resolve any NIGOs, update on status of accounts and services requests

Required Skills:

  • Great team player and winning attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in core Microsoft Office Systems
  • Able to manage own workflow and priorities, and can accommodate unexpected requests or needs from clients, Advisors, and team members

  • Trustworthy; uses discretion with confidential information

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in business, finance, or similar OR three years of equivalent experience in the financial services industry
  • Insurance (Life & Annuity) experience preferred but not required
  • Investment experience & Series 65 Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
