```Job Summary:```

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

The Holiday Decor Store is a fun place to work in Salem Center and we offer a 20% off employee discount. Hours range from 21-40 hours per week, and we are looking for someone who has availability for all shifts. Monday-Friday shifts range from 11am-3pm or 3pm-7pm or can be all day shifts from 11am-7pm. Must be available for some weekend shifts; possible shifts on Fridays and Saturdays are 10am-3pm or 3pm-8pm. Sunday shifts are 11am-6pm.

```Duties:```

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues

- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

- Process transactions accurately using the POS system or cash register

- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
